This program is applicable to new license purchase only. Renewal license not eligible for incentive under this program. |

The New Reseller Incentive is applicable to resellers who have not done any transaction before 1st April 2008. |

When claiming, please fill out the following information in the claim form:

Minimum claim is 10 user licenses per reseller organization. |
| 6. |
All claims must be submitted latest 26th December 2008. |

Distributors will provide consolidated claims to Trend Micro for all eligible claims. Incentives will be paid through vouchers or in kind by
Trend Micro. |

Trend Micro accepts the legitimacy of claims in good faith and on the basis of information received. |
| 9. |
Taxation obligations are the sole responsibility of the claimant. |
| 10. |
Trend Micro reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate or modify this program at any time without prior notices. |
